At Highpoint, we have an energetic, fun-filled team, and we are looking to grow our team of baristas and managers over the coming weeks. Full time and casual positions available.
What your week will look like:
- Day-to-day cafe operations
- Training the team
- Ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels
- Expense and revenue monitoring in conjunction with the store manager
- Making amazing coffee, and experimenting with over 50 different origins.
- Learning all about coffee-making equipment, and how to sell it.
Job description:
We are looking for an energetic Assistant Manager to organise daily operations and help motivate our team to provide excellent customer service. Ultimately, you will help increase profitability, boost customer engagement and help maintain our Cafe to remain the destination for great coffee and food at Highpoint.
To be successful in this role you should ideally have experience in similar roles in the coffee industry. The role offers a balanced, nine-day fortnight, a mix of opens and closes, occasional nights and public holidays. You even have every second weekend off to balance your life.
