Previous retail management experience, related fields preferred
Trades and automotive experience also looked favourably upon
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
Proven capability to enhance the professional growth and development of team members through coaching and mentorship
A proven track record of achieving targets and KPIs
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
