We are seeking a customer focused and passionate retailer, to join a successful national retailer in their boutique location. Boasting an above standard salary and incredible training, this an incredible opportunity for the right candidate to join a growing brand.

In the role of Assistant Manager, you will be instrumental in steering the day-to-day operations of the store. Responsibilities include; overseeing the sales floor, managing inventory, and ensuring an unparalleled customer experience. Collaborating closely with the store manager, you will actively contribute to devising and executing sales strategies while leading a dynamic team to achieve performance targets.

Key Skills & Experience:

* Proven track record in retail leadership is an absolute must!
* Strong leadership capabilities, coupled with the ability to motivate and nurture a team.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated experience in driving sales and achieving targets.
