We are seeking a motivated professional with a passion for service to join our dedicated Team as an Assistant Manager.
As an Assistant Manager / Duty Manager, you will be the lead person of the Front Office, assist with organizing Functions, Food and Beverage and, assist our finance team with accounts receivable and ensure a smooth and seamless service experience. You will have proven leadership experience and a genuine personable service style that always blows our guests away, fulfilling our 'Heartist' philosophy. You will also have a high attention to detail with a get it right the first-time attitude.
A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to work a flexible 7-day roster.
The Assistant Manager role is pivotal to the daily operation of the hotel and provides the perfect platform for career growth and development, gaining exposure across all areas of the hotel. This is a role where you can really make a name for yourself!
