The Opportunity

Dedicated and driven, you will lead by example and set the tone for what an incredible customer experience should be. Going above and beyond to achieve goals, you will inspire the team to work at their best. You'll also provide training, support and supervision to ensure focus during busy periods and support with the day-to-day operations of the showroom.
About You
- A passion for success and future leadership progression

- A proven track record of successfully driving sales
- Ability to use your own initiative and thrive with ambiguity
- Organisational skills and ability to juggle numerous priorities
- You will be well presented, professional and have strong communication skills
- A background in retail and/or sales leadership
- A background in building products or flooring is an advantage
