About the role
We are currently recruiting for a passionate and proactive Assistant Manager to join the friendly & professional team at the newly renovated Benowa Tavern.
The successful applicants will need to demonstrate:
- Proven success in a hospitality role or similar
- Excellent personal presentation and attention to detail
- Sound negotiation and complaint handling skills
- Current OLGR approved RSA, RSG, RMLV and Approved manager's licence
- Stock control skills
- Ability to supervise and lead a team of staff
- The desire to succeed and build a career within the hospitality industry
Availability for shifts including days, nights and weekends is a must.
Your ability to deliver and maintain a customer experience that is of a consistently high service standard will see you excel in this position. As will the ability to lead a team and pass your skills and knowledge onto keen hospitality people seeking a career within this industry.
