What you'll do:
Be a motivational and inspiring leader, develop and train the team to ensure an exceptional experience every time.
Open/close. back of houe administration, recruiting team members, rostering and assisting customers.
Reporting to the Venue Manager on a daily basis.
Bring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our customers.
Be creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiatives.
What you'll need:
Hospitality/Retail leadership experience, ideally working across food,bars and gaming.
Ability to lead, develop and coach a multi-skilled team.
Operation experience to achieve financial and business targets.
Highly developed cutomer service skills.
Current industry RSA and RSG and RMLV Approved Managers Licence.
