Our client's well-established Cockburn team is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join them in creating beautiful bedrooms for their customers. This role is a perfect blend of front-line sales and back-of-house operations, ensuring the seamless running of their store. You will combine time on the sales floor, supporting the Store Manager in closing sales and providing exceptional customer service, with managing their warehouse operations, including stock handling and organisation.

Qualities You Already Possess:
- Retail Experience: Prior experience in retail, specifically with premium big-ticket items.
- Leadership: Proven experience in leading a team with a contemporary management style.
- Customer Service Excellence: A thorough understanding of delivering exceptionally high standards of customer service.
- Sales Achievement: Capability to consistently surpass sales targets and KPIs.
- Positive Attitude & Physical Fitness: A positive demeanour and the physical fitness required to navigate the sales floor and handle stock safely, as needed.
- Sales Performance: Consistently maintain personal sales budgets and drive the sales team to achieve targets.
- Customer Service: Deliver an 'Awesome Customer Experience' by providing knowledgeable and friendly service.
- Stock Management: Ensure vigilant stock control and accurate goods receivable, dispatch, and keying of invoice data.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
- Administration: Assist in store administration tasks, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with company policies.
- Training & Development: Support the training and induction of new team members.
