Hey Jupiter Brasserie Française is looking for the next member of our mangement team!
We are a French Brasserie offering classic French cuisine, wine and cocktails.
We are looking for a passionate hospitality professional with demonstrated experience supervising shifts and staff members. With staff and operations to manage over Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner shifts 7 days a week, the role requires a real gun with a passion for the industry. This is a hands on role for someone who loves to work on the floor and can work alongside the manager in the leadership team.
The successful applicant will
- have exemplary service skills and be customer focused
- have extensive wine, spirit and food knowledge with particular focus on all things French
-have an engaging personality, good sense of humour and excellent communication skills
- be detail orientated, highly motivated and organised
You will be responsible for in conjunction and in the absence of the venue manager
- training of new staff
- establishing and maintaining staff performance
- motivating, teaching and challenging staff
- ensuring smooth operations between FOH and Kitchen
- adhering to budgets and maintaining strict control on labour costs
- ensuring each service conducted in a professional and stress free manner
- opening and closing responsibilities
European hospitality experience and French language skills highly regarded but not essential.
