Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily operations,
- Ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained
- Supervise and motivate staff members
- Training and coaching the team
- Contribute to performance and business growth
- Coordinate and execute events and functions
- Development and implementation of strategies
- Financial reporting and analysis
- Quality, consistency, and innovation in all aspects of the business
- Stock management
- Day to day running of the business
- Leading by example
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager in a similar business
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to inspire and mentor a team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine and cocktail service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
