The role requires someone dynamic; able to assimilate into any role needed at any given moment. Someone conscientious, personable and calm, who can confidently lead our team.
Duties:
- Rostering
- Stock take and ordering
- Team training and development
- Coordinating private functions with our Head Chef and Manager
- Managing our reservations - communicate with ResTeam
- Organising calendar and events
Salary is negotiable and will reflect the skill level and experience of the candidate. PR or Citizenship is preferable but not mandatory.
