Due to significant growth we require a Service & PartsAssistant Manager with a very high level of professionalism both on the telephone and in person.
Experienced Service Advisor, Parts Interpreter or Technician essential.
Incorporated in the position the successful candidate will also be liaising with customers & workshop in a service advising capacity which entails Retail, Trade & Warranty. This will flow through to assisting the accounts team reconciling figure for figure analysis. Additionally, interpreting & supplying parts to our Service & Autobody workshop as well as to our trade customers.
This role will see you working in a great team environment and performing a variety of tasks such as:
- Receiving and directing phone calls
- Greeting & liaising with clients
- Coordinating appointments
- Liaising with workshop for scope of repair
- Labour & Parts job costing retail, Trade & Warranty.
- Customer vehicle handover
- Identifying parts program and advising and quoting on parts
- Supply of parts to Service, Autobody & Trade workshop
- KPI assessment and implementation

Key selection criteria:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an office or workshop environment
- Highly professional communication skills and presentation
- Strong eye for detail is paramount
- Willingness and ability to learn
- Good Microsoft office skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Sound automotive knowledge
Experience with ERA/ERAPOWER would be ideal but not essential
