Learn more .About the roleWe are rapidly growing and expanding our values-based team of professional advisors and are seeking highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager with demonstrated experience in Sustainability Consulting.Salary packages (inclusive of super) starting at $100,000What we do:We provide expert guidance to businesses facing complex challenges, ensuring they remain agile and responsive in a dynamic global marketplace. Our bespoke sustainability, strategy, and consulting solutions are designed with a practical focus, aligned to the client’s core objectives. We deliver advisory services across four pillars: 1) Sustainability and decarbonisation strategies; 2) Strategy and execution; 3) Program & project management; and 4) Transformation and Change.How we do it:We commit to a deep understanding of our client’s unique requirements advocating for long-term partnerships and value-based outcomes, formulating strategic and execution frameworks with clarity that drive competitive advantage, foster growth, and amplify sustainable business practices.Who we are:We are a talented team of qualified individuals with collective strengths to drive strategy, innovation and sustainable growth for clients, and act in a deliberate, pro-active and cohesive manner.You will:You will bring prior consulting experience, having spent your foundational years in a big-4 or boutique consulting firm with client engagements across energy and resources and government with exposure to Sustainability/ESG strategies.Your passion and energy and desire to work cohesively and collaboratively, together with your strong client focus, will be paramount as you join the existing team and work alongside our values-led Partner who coaches and develops her team to be their absolute best. This is a rare opportunity to join a new team from the ground up as they grow and scale to build a market-leading practice in WA, supporting a variety of clients and driving strategy across diverse business functions.The essentials:

• Qualifications in business, law/commerce, environmental science, HR or other relevant discipline
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
• Experience in managing and leading engagements with a small team of junior consultants.
