- Full ownership of financial and management reporting including consolidated group reporting
- Budgeting & forecasting
- Cashflow management
- Work closely with the CFO on analysis, financial planning and strategy
- Process improvement identification and implementation
- Ensure all compliance requirements are met including audit, statutory reporting and tax liabilities
- Manage key relationships including auditors
- Manage and mentor a small team
- Ad hoc projects and analysis as required
- CA / CPA qualified
- Significant experience in managing the finance function including full month end and reporting ownership
- Candidates with experience in big 4 or 2nd tier chartered firms will be highly regarded
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong track record of initiating and managing process improvement projects
- Confident and collaborative working style, eager to partner with internal stakeholders
