What does the role entail?
This is a multifaceted role that will encompass all areas of the business. We strive to ensure all our managers are capable across all areas of the business while focusing on their own area of responsibility. The role supports both the team members and the Venue Manager to assist in driving revenue, compliance, day to day operations, rostering and forecasting, labour management and stock control to name a few.
What do we need from you?
A strong understanding of hospitality operations across gaming/keno, restaurant, bars and events. Capable with all areas of reconciliation. Must be a strong operator and have the ability to lead a diverse workforce across a multifaceted multi million dollar business. Proven success in a similar role and and a hunger to drive revenue and create strong community ties through excellent service.
Must hold RSA/RCG/RMLV and approved manager certs.
