Parfums Christian Dior is seeking an Assistant Online Account Managerto join our team for a 12 month parental leave cover! This role will be in charge of implementing all aspects of E-Retail & E-Concession operations across Australia and New Zealand.
Our Assistant Online Account Manager, reporting to our E-Business Manager, will be working closely with central, regional and local stakeholders including retail partners (Myer, David Jones, Sephora, Adore Beauty & NZ partners), agencies and marketing to execute plans and activities, build good relationships with partners in the market, gain exposure for the brand and provide support for our staff and interns.
Your key tasks include, though not limited to:
- Implementing the E-Retail & E-Concession strategy and development: In respect with the brand model, ensuring incubation of new businesses & brand growth, in line with brand’s identity and objectives
- Driving E-Retail & E-Concession sales and ensure profitability and growth of brand, gaining fair share of business at E-Retail & E-Concession sites
- Daily performance and exposure check of each E-Retail & E-Concession site for PC, mobile and APP E-Retail sites
- Coordinating the product catalogue and content management updates across all sites, including localization & legal compliance, arrange digital assets from central and edit assets for local market
- Ensuring E-Retail 360 brand guidelines are met & implementing new tools
- Managing the e-merchandising of Dior E-Corner and gaining exposure and support for the brand on cross category pages, aligned to the marketing plan
- E-Retail & E-Concession campaign analysis and reporting to central, regional and local teams as request (e.g. material order, sales reports, e-retail score card)
The successful candidate will ideally possess:
- Extensive, demonstrated experience in retail/manufacturing industry with high SKU consumer products (cosmetics preferred but not required)
- Strong experience in E-retail, Online Trading, E-commerce management, content management & administration experience (content management systems, stock, CS, logistic, payment and IT)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to interact with and influence diverse people and organizations
- Organised, detail-oriented and self-directed to prioritise and multi-task
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Basic-Intermediate Adobe Suite skills (InDesign preferred)
- Ability to adapt quickly within a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Web marketing initiatives, including an understanding of technical and design constraints of E-Commerce websites
- Excellent understanding of and an interest in existing and emerging E-Commerce and Digital Marketing trends
