About YOU
As an Assistant Operations Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in our operations team, managing activities, ensuring efficient job completion, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This role is vital for our strategic objectives and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Project Management: Oversee department activities, manage incoming service requests, and allocate tasks.
• Staff Management: Monitor timesheets, manage staff, and support training.
• Financial Management: Handle daily billing, assist in budgeting, and manage client communications regarding payments.
