The role is located in the Office of the Chief Parliamentary Counsel, an Administrative Office in relation to the Department of Premier & Cabinet, and reports to an Executive level Parliamentary Counsel.The successful applicant will have sound legal knowledge of the law of Victoria or of another State, a Territory or the Commonwealth and relevant experience in the legal profession with a genuine interest in government and public law.
