We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our Parts Department as the Assistant Parts Manager. Your Role as the Assistant Parts Manager:
As the Assistant Parts Manager, you will work closely with the Parts Manager. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Parts Department, and other departments to ensure a smooth flow of parts and services to both our internal and external customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Demonstrating a great attitude and strong customer focus with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Assisting in Managing and motivating all areas within the Parts Department
- Prioritizing workflow to maximize productivity, efficiency, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Collaborating with internal departments, including Service and Sales teams, to ensure cohesive processes.
- Taking ownership of continual improvement and business development processes
- Cultivating a positive culture by setting high standards and maintaining open and effective communication channels
- Paying attention to detail and showcasing strong organizational and administrative skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new programs
- Previous experience with parts interpretation and team leadership
- Effective time management skills and ability to multitask
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Possession of a current driver's license and reliable transportation
