IPA have partnered with leading Pharmaceutical company CSL, who are seeking an experience Project Coordinator for a 12 month contract based in Broadmeadows. The role will be Monday - Friday, with the potential of hybrid working once settled into the role and aware of all the systems the client uses.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Organise project meetings and workshops.
- Take detailed project notes and create summaries for stakeholders.
- Book necessary workshops and resources.
- Update project schedules and financial forecasts.
- Manage cash flow and track budgets.
- Develop a detailed project plan.
- Provide weekly dashboard reports on progress and issues.
- Track solution deliverables, test planning and execution, deployment planning and execution, and closeout documentation.
- Follow up on project documentation.
We are seeking candidates with 2-4 years of experience in a similar role with experience in coordinating project efforts, ensuring timely delivery within budget and meeting quality standards. Skilled in assisting with requirements identification, resource allocation, and issue escalation. Capable of tracking costs, milestones, and adjusting plans to meet customer needs. Effective communicator across teams.
