Your Role
As a valued member of the Company Secretariat Office (CSO) this role will see you provide efficient and effective administration and logistical support to both Listed and Subsidiary Governance teams.
You'll manage statutory filing and record keeping, coordinate Executive Manager calendars, and be responsible for the CSO team meetings, calendar and inbox management. You will also be accountable for assisting with all logistical, administrative and preparation functions for Group and Subsidiary Board and Committee meetings, including assisting the Board Governance Officers and Assistant Company Secretaries.
Integral to the successful delivery of our CSO strategy, you'll also support key project deliverables, responsible for maintenance of our intranet, record keeping and document management.
Working with governance professionals, you'll exercise the appropriate level of discretion, judgement and high level of confidentiality.
This is a permanent, full-time position based from our Sydney CBD office and is open to applicants looking to take the next step in your career, developing your skills and experience in a governance setting.
About You
You'll be well organised, flexible, thorough and self-motivated, exhibit expert levels of written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate the following:
Ability to work autonomously with a sharp eye for detail
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, OneNote, Teams
High degree of confidentiality, self-awareness, and discretion
Effective workload management and timely delivery of commitments
