The Opportunity
You will be part of a dynamic organization working providing administration & leasing assistance to the Portfolio Managers. This role is due to an internal promotion of the incumbent.
The Responsibilities

• Supporting the Commercial Property Management team
• All administrator duties
• Assisting with Exchanges, Marketing & Research
• Database Management
• Ensure Filing is done

Ideal Skills/Experience

• 1+ years experience in commercial property management is essential
• Motivated and driven
• Experience in a high-volume administrative role with conflicting priorities
• Must have a passion for the property industry
