About the Role
With exciting growth and a positive pipeline of projects as we expand our footprint across QLD, our development team is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of successful project outcomes for our residential communities. This is a newly created opportunity that will work closely with a seasoned Senior Development Manager, supporting projects across Burpengary, Nambour & Forest Glen.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of projects within approved budgets and on-cost
- Support delivery of project to specification and ensure work is within quality parameters.
- Support the delivery of projects within approved program
- Support the management of contractors and coordinate suppliers in the delivery of built form
- Coordinate and assist with the handover of each project / stage / dwelling with the sales and operations team including defects management
- Maintain key stakeholder relations during and post project delivery including the development, sales and operations teams
About You
- Possess a detailed understanding of built form construction methodology and processes.
- Understanding and experience in residential and, ideally, seniors living construction.
- Familiarity with civil works, infrastructure, and services.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and MS Project.
- Ability to contribute effectively to a small and dynamic team.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in different geographical locations simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work well within a team environment.
