AddressTRG is currently assisting a prominent private Mixed-Use Property Developer in Brisbane as they search for an ambitious and dynamic Assistant Project Manager. With a surge in acquisitions and ongoing projects, this agile team aims to expand. Focusing on luxury residential multi-storey developments, retail, and commercial projects across South-East Queensland, this role provides an excellent opportunity for someone to grow from the ground up.
Your responsibilities:
- Planning, scheduling, cost control, and budgeting for the project.
- Drafting the construction program and overseeing the hands-on management of project execution.
- Providing the client with sound technical knowledge and demonstrating commercial awareness.
- Utilising high-level planning, teamwork, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ensuring adherence to strict health and safety standards on-site.
- Taking a leadership role within a dynamic company that has achieved sustained growth across the Brisbane construction/ development industry.
Your Experience:
- Minimum 1- 3 years of Development or Project Management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Construction Management, Property Economics or Engineering).
- Previous involvement in multi-storey/town-home residential projects/ Medical/ Commercial.
- Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills, especially with high-end clientele.
