ABOUT THE POSITION.As a Client Side
Project Manager, you will be involved in ensuring that all work is carried out efficiently and diligently from the design stage through to the handover stage of the project. You will be working on a variety of projects such as Commercial, Health, Residential, Education and Aged Care.
DUTIES.- Contract Administration
- Respond to RFIs, NODs, etc
- Client and Stakeholder Management
- Preparing Budgets
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years Quantity Surveyor, Contracts Admin, Project Management, Engineering or Architecture experience in Australia
- Liaise with consultants and key stakeholders
