The initial requirement is for an Assistant Project Manager to use their 2-3 years of construction or Project Management (consulting or client side) experience to work alongside and support their Senior Project Manager to deliver one major project, and one smaller job.
While this Assistant Project Manager role will be located at the Melbourne head office, the major project is in Melbourne's south-west, and it's expected you will go to site 1-2 times per week, and well as visiting client's offices a similar number of times per week.
To be successful in your application, you should have experience in:
- using Microsoft Project to set up and run project programs
- providing written reports on project progress
- dealing with stakeholders such as architects, engineers and local government / authorities
- help chair stakeholder meetings
