About the Role
With exciting growth and a positive pipeline of projects as we expand our footprint across NSW, our development team is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of successful project outcomes for our residential communities. This is a newly created opportunity that will work closely with a seasoned Project Manager supporting developments across Port Stephens and Newcastle area, with required travel across these locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the management the Workplace Health and Safety (WH&S) requirements for each project under the relevant legislation
- Assist with project budget reviews and general cost control
- Contractor progress claim assessments
- Deliver project to specification and ensure work is within quality parameters and meets statutory
- Contract progress and program status reviews and full project document control
- Coordinate and assist with the handover of each project / stage / dwelling with the sales and operations team including defects management
About You
- Detailed understanding of built form construction methodology and processes preferably in seniors living construction
- Ability to manage multiple projects in different geographical locations at once to tight deadlines
- Strong commercial acumen coupled with an outgoing, positive attitude
- Ability to liaise with customers during the sales and settlement processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and MS Project
