As a Capital Works Project Coordinator, the selected candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the institution's future campus. Responsibilities include:
- Planning and executing exciting capital projects.
- Coordinating procurement and ensuring alignment with the institution's standards.
- Providing support for project completion and seamless transitions with Operations and Maintenance teams.
- Collaborating on project management documents and administrative processes.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in property project management.
- Knowledge of National Construction Code, Australian Standards, and familiarity with State Environmental Planning Policy.
- Understanding of Work Health and Safety regulations.
- Strong time management, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in administration tools such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
- Valid driver's license and Construction Industry White Card
