Assistant Property Manager

We are currently hiring an Assistant Property Manager to join the Property Management department of one of our clients. This position offers an exciting prospect to secure a coveted role within a positive, friendly, and supportive team environment, with ample opportunities for both personal and professional development. While prior Property Management experience is preferred, we encourage individuals with a keen interest in the field to apply.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the property management department to execute daily tasks
• Play an active role in showcasing rental properties to potential tenants
• Responsively handle rental inquiries and proactively capture property images for online listings
• Conduct routine inspections of properties
• Maintain effective communication with tenants and property owners
• Coordinate and organise property maintenance activities

About you:

• Demonstrated interest in the dynamic field of property management
• Possession of a valid (or in progress) WA Property Management Registration
• Ownership of a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license
• Friendly, team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach and keen attention to detail
• This role is a permanent full-time position, requiring commitment five days a week.
