We are currently hiring an Assistant Property Manager to join the Property Management department of one of our clients. - Collaborate with the property management department to execute daily tasks
- Play an active role in showcasing rental properties to potential tenants
- Responsively handle rental inquiries and proactively capture property images for online listings
- Conduct routine inspections of properties
- Maintain effective communication with tenants and property owners
- Coordinate and organise property maintenance activities
- Demonstrated interest in the dynamic field of property management
- Possession of a valid (or in progress) WA Property Management Registration
- Ownership of a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license
- Friendly, team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach and keen attention to detail
- This role is a permanent full-time position, requiring commitment five days a week.
