Key responsibilities:
- Assist the team with an existing portfolio that is well organised
- Assist with repairs and maintainance work orders
- Conduct routine inspections
- Conduct thorough ingoing and vacating condition reports
- Minimise & maintain rental arrears
- Liaise with owners & tenants
Essential requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and positive can-do attitude
- Strong administration skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team environment
- A proven ability to build strong client relationships and maintain an excellent customer focus
- Possession of a current driver's license
Desirable requirements:
- Property Representative License
- Experience in the local property market
- Personal affiliation and referral networks with existing property owners
- Knowledge of effective marketing strategies relevant to the industry
- Proficiency in the use of common Property Management Software
