Position Summary:
As part of a team, the Property Manager/Assistant Property Managers' role is responsible for the management and maintenance of residential and commercial rental properties.
This role involves both in office work, as well as time out in the field.

Renumeration will be based on experience and qualifications.
Position Requirements:
- Experience in the property industry, and possession of a current Real Estate Licence would be an advantage but not essential (on the job training can be provided)
- A current driver’s licence
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel etc.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills

- Maintaining regular contact with all property owners
- Rental property appraisals
- Responding to general property enquiries
- Conducting property inspections
- Preparing various property related reports
- Assessing and processing tenancy applications
- Lease preparation
- Bond lodgements
- Marketing properties for rent
- Maintenance scheduling
- Rent arrears notifications and follow up
- Processing land lord & invoice payment runs
- Trust account reconciliations
