Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join our team as a Property Management Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with property managers to oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties, assist with administrative tasks, and provide excellent customer service to tenants and property owners. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or advance their career in Property Management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist property managers with leasing activities, including conducting property inspections, screening tenants, and preparing lease agreements.
- Conducting routine property inspections.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for properties, including communicating with property owners and tenants.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with rent collection
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records
- Support property managers with special projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements:
- Has a current drivers license
- Previous experience in Property Management or real estate is a plus but not essential. We can provide full training.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Willing to undertake training to complete their Property Consultants qualification which includes Certificate 4 in Real Estate Services (fully funded by the agency)
