Assistant Property Manager | Eastern Beaches

This is a position available due to growth! Operating out of Sydney’s Eastern Beaches, this is an agency who has been servicing the Eastern Suburbs for over 15 years. This is a hand-picked team that is by far the largest in the local area. Encouraging ‘outside the square’ thinking, this is an opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager to join a top-performing Director who has a strong desire to bring about a new level of service in the industry.
  
The Role
You will be involved in the servicing of a high-end, well-managed portfolio of 200 properties with plenty of support. Working Monday – Friday you will be responsible for:

• Handling & addressing rental inquiries via email and phone
• Conducting open homes 
• Ingoing & outgoing inspections
• Pest & Building inspections
• Processing applications
• Ad hoc administration duties
• NO leasing, NO arrears, NO routines! 

The Candidate:

• A current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License
• Prior experience in Real Estate in Property Management or Leasing 
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
• High level of customer service and excellent rapport-building skills
• Confident & hard working individual with a can-do attitude
