Receptionist/Admin Assistant
LJ Hooker Kwinana is looking for a FULL TIME Receptionist to join our team.
Required Experience & Skills

- Professional and pleasant telephone manners
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Team player & Workplace confidentiality
- Positive and Enthusiastic Attitude towards your Work, Clients and Colleagues
- High attention to detail
- Excellent Communication, Organisation & Time Management Skills, whilst following Company Systems & Procedures
- Ability to take initiative & work independently
- Knowledge of Property Tree & Rent find would be desirable, however training can be provided
Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Reception duties – answering incoming calls and directing them accordingly
- Attending to queries both via email and office walk ins
- Meeting & greeting visitors to the office and advising relative staff member
- Team support – provide efficient and professional assistance to the team as required
- Admin duties, data entry, stationery order, filing, mail and courier management etc
- Assistance with sales & property management department
- Valid Drivers Licence required
