What will you be doing in this role:

Working as a part of the Property Management department you will be responsible for assisting the team to manage a residential portfolio of 900 apartments and houses. Your responsibilities will include;

• Handling all ingoing inspections
• Outgoing inspections and prepare reports
• Assist with mid week and some Saturday leasing
• Issuing communication to tenants in arrears
• Schedule and carry out routine inspections
• Prepare inspection reports and issue to Landlords
• Handle tenant inquiry
• Ad hoc admin tasks as required

The right candidate will have:

• A current Certificate of Registration
• 12 months in the real estate industry
• A valid drivers licence and reliable car
• Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
• Strong communication skills
• A passion for real estate
