Assistant Property Manager Wanted
Are you an organized and customer service-oriented professional looking for an exciting opportunity in the property management industry? Austpro Properties is seeking a talented Assistant Property Manager to join our team in South Perth.
Responsibilities
· - Assist the Property Manager in overseeing a portfolio of residential properties
· - Handle inquiries and requests from tenants, owners, and contractors in a timely manner
· - Coordinate maintenance and repair work with vendors and contractors
· - Prepare leases, renewals, and other legal documents related to property management
· - Maintain accurate records and databases for properties under management
· - Assist with marketing efforts for vacant properties, including showings and open houses
Requirements
· - Minimum 2 years of experience in property management or related field
· - Strong knowledge of Residential Tenancies Act and Regulations in Western Australia
· - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
· - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
· - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
· - Hold or in process to apply for the Property Manager Registration
· - Ability to speak Indonesian or Mandarin would be an advantage
