Professionals Property Executives are looking for a 3 days per weekAdministration/ Property Manager assistant to join our team. Located in Cockburn Central with on-site secure parking provided.

We are a small but growing real estate company based in Cockburn Central. Part of a national group, Professionals Property Executives, we are task and process driven with excellent support from our management team.
About the role
Working 3 days per week, Tuesday and Friday with the choice of the third day.
A medium size rent roll with shared responsibilities between the team.
We have a trust account and accounts person so no accounting is needed.
We require an Administration/ Property Manager Assistant with at least 1 years experience in a real estate office.
We will provide further on-the-job and external training where necessary on any programs that you aren't familiar with and also full training on office policies and procedures will be given.
If you have worked with Property Tree that would be a distinct advantage but not a must.
The position is available for a flexible start
If you are successful in gaining the position you will be responsible for;
- Working with the property management team
- assisting in the maintenance of our property management database,
- promptly resolving administration and property management issues,
- working with the team in Property management
- Working in and maintaining file systems to ensure the efficient management of the portfolio
- plus other Property Management duties

You will be based in Cockburn Central, a short stroll from Cockburn Central train station, Cockburn Gateways and Freeway access. Secure off street parking is provided for the day.
Standard office hours are 9am to 5pm. No after hours or weekend work required.
You will be provided with a salary plus superannuation, with no use of your own car or phone, a work car during office hours will be provided plus a phone for work.
Working in a friendly team environment and team building experiences are done every three to four months
Wage is based on experience - advertised wage is for experienced administration and Property Manager Assistant experience.
What we are looking for in you!
Looking for a supportive work place which allows for flexibility and no after hours work.
Good verbal and written communication skills, excellent computer skills and previous use of cloud based programs such as Property Tree, Inspect Real Estate, vaultRE, Rentfind Inspector and REI forms.
An ability to remain calm under pressure and lean on the team and management for support in hard situations
A willingness to learn about us, our systems and ours way to complete tasks
A current Property Manager Registration is an advantage.
Current Driver's License
Being a team player who enjoys sharing and brainstorming on issues and best way to address them.
