The Duties:
- Assist in managing a well-kept portfolio made up of local properties
- Liaise with landlords and tenants effectively
- Resolve all escalated repairs
- Handle rent increases
- Oversee maintenance and repair requests
- Conduct ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections as needed
- Tribunal attendance as required
The Requirements:
The successful candidate will be keen, eager, and ready to indulge in this amazing opportunity! We are seeking a motivated and determined Property Manager with a current Certificate of Registration, a reliable car, and a valid driver’s license. Our ideal applicant will attribute:
- Previous Property Management or leasing experience
- Strong knowledge of the local area
- Great communication both written and verbal
- High level of organization and time management
- Immaculate personal presentation
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
