An opportunity has arisen for a bright, motivated Receptionist/Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Walkers Real Estate. Our mission is to deliver an experience which exceeds the expectations of our clients – this starts with this role.
The role is full time, Monday to Friday 8.30-5pm (hours can be negotiated slightly for the right candidate). This role involves running the office general day to day duties and administration duties of a boutique, busy business and ensuring the smooth day to day flow for a busy principle selling agent and assisting the Senior Property Manager.
You must currently hold a Real Estate Certificate with a minimum of Two (2) Years experience in an agency
General Responsibilities:
*General administration duties - Responding to emails and calls etc
* Responsible for booking appointments and dairy management
*Preparation of listing kits and contracts
*Advertising properties
*Dealing with wide variety of clients including buyers’ sellers & solicitors
*Provide administrative support to the rental & sales department as required
* Data entry, report processing, email monitoring, flyer preparation
* Database Management
Skills and Experience:
* Real Estate Administration knowledge and experience is a must
* Meticulous attention-to-detail
* Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
* A proactive and 'can do' attitude is a must
* Experience in time-management and prioritising multiple tasks
* Competent computer and technology skills
* Social media management
* Highly organised and able to work well under time restraints/pressure
* Professional and friendly phone manner and ability to relate well to people
* Immaculate personal presentation
* Adaptable to change and has a vision of growth
* Self-discipline and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
