We are currently seeking a full time Assistant Property Building Manager who is an all rounder.
You’re main duties are, but not limited to:
· Manage guests, tenants and owners
· Manage body corporate jobs
· Maintain client accounts
· Manage reservations
· Answering Phones
· Scheduling Quotes
· Assisting with After Hour Callouts
· Generate reports and more

· Ability to correspond with tenants, guests and owners VIA email
· Available to work weekends and public holidays.
Our requirements:
· The candidate must have a driver license
· The candidate has experience in tourism, hospitality, real-estate or retail
The candidate has ambition to pursue a career in the accomodation & real-estate industry
