AddressWe have recently expanded our Commercial Property Division and we are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Management Assistant with the goal to move into a Commercial Property Manager Role, within the next 3-6 months. This role will be ideal for a residential Property Manager wanting to transition into a Commercial Property Management role – you will spend the first 3 months learning the fundamentals of Commercial Property Management with the support of an experienced Commercial Property Management team. We manage a mix of industrial, retail and office properties mainly across the Southern Gold Coast

The Role:
- Provide general support to the Commercial Property Management team for the first 3 months – grow your commercial knowledge!
- Lease agreements managed effectively to ensure compliance
- Undertake market rent reviews & lease renewals with the assistance of a Sales & Leasing team
- Effective management of arrears
- Conduct inspections and prepare condition reports
- Coordinate maintenance
- Ensure statutory requirements are being met
- Transition into the role of managing a growing portfolio
- Maintain positive client relationships and communicate effectively
The Candidate:
- Ideally 2+ years experience in Property Management (residential or commercial)
- Hold QLD Registration Certificate (also having NSW is a bonus)
- Strong communication and customer service
- Organised with high level attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong IT skills: Microsoft Office (including Outlook & Excel) and property management software (ideally Re-Leased)
- Demonstrate initiative and a proven ability to work autonomously
