- Monday to Friday | Perth

About the role:
The Recruitment Team is currently seeking a Recruitment Assistant to join them on a 5/2 roster based close to the Perth International Airport. Reporting to the Recruitment Superintendent, you'll be responsible for providing the recruitment team with support across multiple functions.
Duties:
- Scheduling interviews and pre-employment medicals, background checks and psychometric assessments.
- Preparation and issuing employment offers and managing the onboarding process for new hires and contractors.
- Assist the Recruitment team with the update and maintenance of the Success Factors Recruitment Management System.
- Act as the central collation point for all recruitment administrative activities which may include candidate, hiring manager and HR team enquiries.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in a high-volume administrative role, preferably withing the mining industry.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan, organise and establish own work priorities to meet multiple and conflicting deadlines.
- Advanced customer service approach, with the ability to follow up on stakeholder requests
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
