This permanent part-time qualified Assistant Coordinator role allows you to have the middle of your days, nights, AND weekends free! Working Monday - Friday 7:00am - 9:00am and 2:00pm - 5:30pm, you'll also be paid an additional admin hour each week to set up you for success. During the school holidays you've able to pick up additional hours if you'd like, on top of your permanent 28.5 hours.
About the role
Co-managing a team of Educators, you'll have the perfect balance of support and leadership opportunities. You will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years, with the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
- Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into!
- Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
- Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
- Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration

- Qualified to work in OSHC under ACECQA requirements (check out the ACECQA website for more info)
- Enjoy working with kids
- Strong and clear communication
- Team player with a desire to become a service leader
- Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it!) and a state check for working with children
- Australian work rights
