You will look after:
- Staff motivation & engagement
- Performance management
- Financial management; KPI's, rosters, stocktake, budgets
- Ensuring brand standards & customer service steps are adhered to
It'd be great if you had solid exposure and understanding of to the above tasks, have been involved in a busy restaurant.
