Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our dedicated team. A Montessori Qualification or Montessori experience will be highly favourable. The ideal candidate will not only possess the technical qualifications and experience but will also share our values and aspirations, and be committed to creating a nurturing, inclusive and engaging environment for our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement Montessori curriculum in line with children’s developmental needs.
- Create a prepared environment conducive to the child's individual growth and exploration.
- Maintain comprehensive records of each child’s progress.
- Foster strong relationships with families, ensuring open communication and partnership in each child’s educational journey.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development.
- Adhere to and promote our family business values and culture.
