The Southern Hotel has been family owned and operated for the past thirty years. The hotel currently runs three distinctive food outlets, Cafe Inferno, Fire + Ice Restaurant and Bar 839.
We are currently restructering our food & beverage department and are looking for an experienced persons to join our restaurant/ cafe management team and assist in the daily operations of the business.
