We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager with experience in fine dining. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager you will deliver an exceptional guest experience, by training our floor team on our menu by Michelin star chef Matt Lambert and our extensive wine list curated by master sommelier, Cameron Douglas. You will be responsible for recruiting and training of staff, managing labour costs and rosters, ordering, cash management and handling guest queries and complaints. Extensive wine knowledge is needed for this role.
To be successful in this role you will need to:
- have a minimum of 2 year experience in a premium venue as supervisor or assistant manager
- be flexible to work a range of shifts and days including lunch and dinner
- have excellent customer service and a high service standard
- be warm and personable, with a passion for delivering memorable customer experiences
- have excellent personal presentation
- experience in training staff
- be fluent in English
- be a team player
