Who we're seeking?
A self-motivated and committed Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role you will?maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction in the provision of food & beverage services whilst contributing to effective hotel operations and assist the Restaurant Manager. You will oversee the daily management of staff, achieve financial and service quality targets and manage rosters to ensure efficient and effective staffing.
You will have previous experience in a similar role within a 4/5 star environment, budgeting and cost control skills to maximise profitability, proven commitment to delivering high levels of guest within a varied operation and proficiency in managing a diverse team and collaborating with various departments.
