We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who has a positive ‘can do attitude', an outgoing friendly personality and someone who is passionate about hospitality, to join our Circular Quay family.
The candidate should also have:
• A minimum 2 years’ experience managing teams of 15 - 40 people in a similar environment
• The ability to lead, mentor and train staff
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Good food and wine knowledge
• Ability to work in a fast paced & pressurized environment
• Strong administration and communication skills
• Knowledge of work, health and safety compliance
This is a full time position. You need to be reliable and be able to work a rotating 7 day roster which includes weekends and evenings.
