The Role:
As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will have the critical responsibility of overseeing the restaurant's daily operations. You will lead by example and ensure all customers receive exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to implement and enforce operational policies, provide team training, and work towards achieving all operational goals.
Your Skills & Experience:
- Seeking a hospitality professional with previous leadership experience in a similar role
- Previous food handling experience in a QSR environment is preferred, not essential
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team with a "lead from the front" attitude
- Strong communication skills to interact with staff, customers, and suppliers effectively
- Previous experience managing budgets and financials, including wastage and labour reports
